Meet our men series…Chris

As a way to introduce you to our other half (and give them some much deserved kudos for all of their behind the scenes work with CES) we introduced you to Jon and today you get to meet Chris too!

We met Chris 8 years ago.  That’s right, Sarah and I met him at the same time.  We had just moved to William Jewell College and 3 days into our college experience the skies parted and Chris entered our lives.  We were married three years after that in 2005 and this year actually celebrated our 5 year anniversary.

Outside of being my husband (which he does very well) Chris handles all of our finances for CES, which includes contacting some of our clients for online payments.  He proofs all of our printed materials (you’ve read our blog so you know that is a big job!).  And lastly Chris is our back-up photographer.  He has been shooting for over 10 years and has shot with us on several occasions.  As a photography company it is a great benefit to have a built in back up photographer!  (And have I mentioned that he is really good?  Because he is.)

(Sarah here) Chris really is such a great asset to our little team.  He is so diligent about our finances, keeping us on track and ensuring we actually have money to accomplish our big goals.  (If we were left to our own devices we’d have all kinds of new fun things and no resources!)  Also, it’s been fabulous to have a team of three photographers, makes life much smoother for us around here.  Plus he does really good work, you’ve seen much it around here, so that’s always a bonus!  Thanks for all you do Chris!!
