Welcome to the world…DAVIS CHRISTOPHER!

As you know, we had some news a while back about our new titles!  Well…HE HAS ARRIVED!!

Seriously, take a moment and soak in that heavenly perfection!  The little mister had his own agenda about his date of arrival…waiting until July 1st to make his entrance.  It was pre-arranged arrival so we spent the day like this…

Reading, caffinating, facebooking, laughing, playing catch and staring longinly at his BIRTHday cake…considering we might eat it and get him a second cake!

Despite the Doctor thinking this was the extended family…this wild group was really just the immediate group…even with a few missing.

We were relieved when we finally saw this…

Which was followed by lots of ooh’s and ahh’s around the point and shoot….our first glimpses.

A quick dinner and then the rounds of meeting him started….when I got in there he opened his eyes (much work on your first day)…and oh my gosh…I am in love (I like to pretend he recognized my voice).  And we had just met, I’m not usually that sorta lady.  I can safely say there are more than a few of us completely smitten…

Ginger shares that all the cliques about babies and becoming parents are true…she & Chris are head over heels in love…and I think there is only more of that to come!  Of course it wouldn’t be an EVENT without party favors…Ginger is forever the hostest…even from the hospital bed…announcing the official arrival of their joy!

He’s so perfect and adorable and everything wonderful…smelling sweetly of new life…we’ve got lots of stuff coming on the blog this week but wanted to take a moment to share the little guy who is BIG DEAL around here!  I’m sure you’ll be seeing MUCH more of him and his doting parents in the next couple weeks (newborn shoot here we come!)
