This past Sunday we were able to be apart of The Journey Home’s Spring Bridal Show (which we invited you to last week). Laura, The Journey Home’s General Manager, did a seriously fabulous job of organizing the whole event. In total there were about 40 vendors participating in the show between the house, the tent, and the barn. We were in the barn where the runway shows and door prizes were held.
We were lucky to meet some more great local vendors!

Thanks to everyone who came out and met us last weekend and a HUGE thanks to The Journey Home for hosting such a great event!Read more
I added an exclamation point to the title of this post because we are in business with some really great people. We decided to make it official with a permanent link to a printable PDF on our website. You can find the complete list of vendors (which we will update as necessary) on our Contact Us page, on the right hand side.
To access the PDF click on the sentence ‘Links to Our Favorite Wedding Vendors!‘ to be taken directly to the full list.
So if you’re getting married or know someone who is getting married (or buying a house) make sure and check out some of our friends, we promise they do good work!Read more
We love doing open house’s (see our set up at Heritage Hall, Club 1000, and Deer Creek), but we are especially excited about the bridal show we’ll be participating in with The Journey Home next Sunday. Last week we showed you photos from our styled shoot at The Journey Home (click here for Part 1, click here to view Part 2). Tickets to the show are just $5 and will give you access to tons of great vendors (we’re going to be there after all!), not to mention that half of the proceeds will be going to benefit The Power of Pink Breast Cancer Foundation.
To register and for full details and to see the full list of vendors (as well as links to them) click here to be taken to The Journey Home’s website. We’ll see you there next Sunday!Read more

We’ve mentioned a time or two how much we love being aunties around here. Sooooo, I’m INSANELY excited to let you guys know that late this fall we’ll be welcome a new little one to the CES crew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yup, Ginger & Chris are expecting a new baby! Sweetly dubbed, “baby Deuce.” Mr. Davis is going to be a big brother, won’t that will be the cutest thing?!! Jonathan, Natalie & I are so very excited about this addition. Can’t imagine how great this little baby will be and all that he/she will bring into our little group. Plus, Natalie will now have so many little friends on our block! HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our besties. We think you’re awesome parents, plus you make the cutest babies! We can’t wait to meet your newest little one!!
(LOVE LOVE LOVE this picture of Davis & Natalie meeting for the first time…decades of history, friendship & love running through this picture. My bestie and our amazing babies. Shout out to Jonathan for capturing this treasured memory!)Read more
Shannon Renee’s Formal Wear provided the bridal gown and tuxes for this shoot. Love those tan tuxes!
We adored the little cake that Megan from Megan’s Sweet Treats and Cakes made for the shoot. The cake area was set up inside of The Journey Home’s tabacoo barn. (We will be displaying a booth at their wedding show on May 19th – you can find us in the barn!)
Last, but certinaly not least, we took these pictures of our models inside of the barn. These 4 totally rocked this shoot. Thanks so much for coming to play with us!
HUGE thanks to all of the vendors and models who made this shoot possible!
